Hey guys,
I\’m pleased with the relative consistency with which you have produced your podcasts. Some people start strong and then things wane. Keep it up. Two potential show concepts: compare good starter virtual samplers like Mach Five and Kontakt. Possibly even an email bag with questions from your listeners. Just some thoughts. Love what you\’re doing.

Great Podcast.
I barely took notice of this podcast and I am catching up. It would be great if in the future you guys can do a videocast… I would love to see some tips. I found Snapz Pro X to be a great
in-the-mac recorder. Keep up the good work.

I\’ve heard you mention USB microphones. I have one, but I can\’t find any way to monitor the mic by headphones.
Using Audacity, and allowing \”playthrough\” I get about 250 millisecond delay that is guaranteed to drive you insane.
Is there anyway to monitor a USB mic by headphone while recording?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. I have both a XP and an Intel Imac. A solution that works for either one would be fine.

Hi guys, I recently found your PodCast, & always enjoy listening to it while I\’m surfing, Ebaying, or cleaning up the studio. I can very much relate to your topics, and reviews.
I guess I started with a stark home hobby studio (Rockroom Productions), in 1987, & it kind of got a bit out of hand… you know what it\’s like when you get the \”bug\”…
I use almost all of the software you mention, but today the Rockroom is basically a Pro Tools and MOTU DP 4 analog & digital studio with lots of flexibilities built in with respect to signal routing etc. All of my current setup is based on the knowledge of what I did wrong in previous setups, which helps one evolve in the right direction, and the current gear was chosen for the effectiveness per dollar, without too much romantic influence from ads and whatnot.
Anyway, I very much enjoy your work and PodCasts, and will catch up on them & continue to subscribe.
Cheers! PS, drop by the web site…

Hey Guys,
I love the show. I work as a singer/ songwriter and producer at my local church in the Chicagoland area. I own and operate a small home project studio. I especially like the product reviews. Keep up the great work.
