Apple tour, Samson microphone giveaways, Podcasting 101 tutorials
March 5th, 2007 by Paul
Starting this week, I will be conducting “Podcasting For Small Business” seminars throughout various cities in the U.S. There seems to be quite a bit of interest in this tour both from the small business community and from Apple-related retailers. I’m hoping that this tour will be well received, gain some momentum, and continue throughout the U.S. You can register for some of the seminars at Apple’s site (just search for “small business” in the Event Name field).
As part of these events, Samson is graciously donating a C01U USB condenser microphone at each city, with the lucky winner to be drawn at the end of each seminar.
Lastly, my upcoming macprovideo.com Podcasting 101 series of tutorials should be ready for launch, hopefully before the end of this week. There are almost 2 hours (40+ movies) on how to use GarageBand to record, edit, mix, and upload your podcast to the web, and submit it to the iTunes Music Store’s Podcast Directory.

You did notice that this post is two years old, didn’t you? Paul gave away all those mics during the tour. They’re not very expensive either, less than $100 USD.
