IHR audioInside Home Recording is a long-form (about 40-60 minutes) audio show with several segments and is available in Enhanced and MP3 formats.

You can subscribe using iTunes, Zune software, or other applications, such as Juice, NetNewsWire, or Doppler, on an Apple TV—or you can listen or watch directly on the web at www.insidehomerecording.com.
