Good audio/music apps for the iPhone and iPod Touch?

I'm thinking of recording a future segment on audio and music applications for the iPhone and iPod Touch, but I don't know what's out there and how good any of them are. Any tips from IHR listeners? Links to roundups at other sites? Personal experience? Thanks!
